2012 Corporate Targets
Effective: January 3, 2012

1. Quality
• Reduce scrap by 50% compared to 2011
• Improvement of Inspection Accuracy
• > 30% improvement for accuracy, 30% reduction of false alarms
• Baseline inspection area re-runs of production analysis
• Reduce the number of Discrepant Material Reports (DMRs) by 10%, indexed to production
• Reduce Customer Complaints and Resolution Response Time
• Reduce the number of TOK-owned customer complaints to A Level-0,B Level-0 and C Level compared to 2011
• Reduce Average Time for Customer Comlpaint Resolution (2011 baseline then set 5% reduction target for 2012)
• Reduce Number of Documentation Error per Department that impact release/delivery of product to customer
2. Environmental
• Reduce Electrical and Natural Gas consumption by 1%
• Reduce consumption of city water by 1%
• Promote Reduction of Solid Waste
• Reduce Hazardous Waste by 5% (indexed to production), measured against 2011 manufacturing volume.
3. Health And Safety.
• Promote safety awareness and employee involvement through quarterly activity.
• Establish 2011 baseline for time between logged incidents and investigation completion with the aim to decrease response time.
• Promote risk and hazard assessments with the aim to reduce potential for accidents at Oregon Plant
• Begin Implementing Behavior-Based Safety by getting Managerial Buy-In
• Promote wellness and reduce health related issues by promoting stop-smoking, weight loss and stress management programs.
• Generate 2 employee surveys and act upon results
• Develop training videos that cover site safety, PPE, 5S, Contamination Control and Evacuation, Chemical Hazard Awareness
• Reduce 5S walk-Thru ARs by 50% compared to 2011
