2008 Management System Targets
Effective: January 04, 2008

1. Quality
• Expand ISO9001 to include Element 7.3- Design and Development so that R&D can be performed at TOK America, and be included in our scope.
• Regain PQS status by reducing customer complaints (include but not limited to those associated with packaging)
2. Environmental
• Reduce Hazardous Waste by a additional 5% compared to 2006 (indexed to production and referenced to HazWaste Manifests)
• On-time closure of all items identified during audits
3. Health And Safety.
• Begin Implementation of a Safety Management System
• Complete Job Hazard Analysis on the remaining 50% of all Active Job Descriptions
