  1. Quality
    • Maintain the number of TOK-owned customer complaints to : A level-0 / B level - 0 / C level <= 2009 number
    • Establish control of manufacturing process from Ordering to Delivery (100% on time delivery)
      - Eliminate potential risk of Manufacturing Process
      - Establish robust BCP at each department/level
  2. Environmental
    • Reduce Oil/Grease in storm water. No benchmark Exceedance
    • Re-evaluate "Significant Environmental Impacts" determinations at TOK-A
    • Establish baseline for employees' community service project hours.
  3. Health And Safety.
    • 2010 chemical exposures < 5 per year
    • 2010 I & I Incident rate < 2009 TOK rate < 2008 NAICS Rate [6.6]
    • 2010 DART < 2009 TOK Rate < 2008 NAICS Rate [4.1]
